There are many people to whom you can, and should, write regarding your concerns with the short stay letting (i.e. AirBNB type accommodation AKA unstaffed hotels) in the Noosa Shire. Noosa Council staff, its Councillors, the Mayor, and those standing as candidates in our local government elections in March 2023.
We believe that our elected officials, and those aspiring to be councillors, should be clear in their stance on this topic, how they plan to halt this proliferation and in so doing return neighbours to our neighbourhoods.
